You know, on the days where things are going well, it’s pretty easy to jump out of bed and get your day going. You are excited. You feel confident, and you are ready for the day.
What about the days you may face challenges, or are you dealing with setbacks and aren’t sure how to move forward?
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
Repeat it again, and again, and again. Repeat it before you get out of bed. Repeat it as your brush your teeth. Repeat it as you shower and get dressed. Repeat it. Why? Because you are so worthy of showing up for yourself. You can let the hard moments of your life run your day, or you can show up and move through the hard moments in a gentle, kind, and LOVING way.
When doubt visits:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
When fear visits:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
When sadness visits:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
When anger visits:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
When unworthiness visits:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
When any feeling visits that feels burdensome:
Repeat after me…
I will continue to show up for myself, even on the hard days.
Until next time, I see your heart. I see your worth. Now, I ask you to see it for yourself too.
Big ((HUGS)) and much LOVE,
Carol
