Paul has joined our global hugs since 2012 and offers hugs in Portland, Oregon outside of that weekend too. When he heard our efforts to reach 1 million hugs around the world, he was ready to join in. Here is his hugs experience from Sept. 15, 2019.
From Paul: I did a few hours of free hugging today at the Oregon City Farmer’s Market. Sorry, no pictures. I was solo.

As always, there are one or two people who I was there to hug today. I love when they come up to me and say, “I could really use a hug today”. Glad I can be there for them.
