Just a quick reminder that within each moment, you get to decide who you want to be. When outer experiences show up as chaos, you can join the chaotic energy or bring peaceful energy. When outer experiences show up as blame, shame, and complaint, you can join that energy or bring LOVE, kindness, and compassion to it.
Show up today by being the person you want to see other’s be in the world. If you want a more LOVING world, be more LOVING in your world. If you want a kinder world, be kinder in your world. If you want a more compassionate world, be more compassionate in your world. And, if you want a more peaceful world… you know what to do.
Showing up from a space of LOVE, kindness, compassion, and peace is not easy. In fact, I’d say it’s far harder than joining the blame, shame, and complaint energy. However, it IS possible, and with practice, you will find it helpful.
Start today. Start right now. Place your attention, intention, and focus on the world you want to live in. Show up for those in need who can’t stand on their own right now. Be their strength as they begin to step into their own strength. Show up as LOVE in action.
Life is so very precious. Please show up to cherish it. When you show up as a helper, you are ultimately helping yourself too.
I see you. You matter to me, you matter to the world, and most importantly, you matter to YOU.
YOU are worth showing up for. At least, I think so. How about you?
Big ((HUGS)) and much LOVE.
