Are you willing?

What are you willing to do to create the life you desire to live? Many of us have a vision of what we want our life to look like, where we want to live. Meaningful work we LOVE. Happy relationships and someone special to share our life with. Yet, as soon as we picture that dream life, fear and doubt step in to say NO, that isn’t for you. Life is hard and scary.

Are you willing to see beyond the limitations you’ve put on yourself, or those others might have? Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone that fear likes to keep you trapped in and discover what might be possible? Are you willing to live your dreams?

While the world may be offering up plenty of reasons to feel anxious and concerned, now is the time to be willing to see beyond fear and see solutions rather than getting mired down in problems. Remember, you still get to choose how to move through any experience… even the hard ones!

If you are willing to bring a little more LOVE, kindness, compassion, and peace to what you have focused on, fear, hope will rise, and fear dissipates. You will start to bring a lighter, more hopeful energy to your life than the constraining dense energy of fear. Be willing to see how deserving you are to live a life filled with LOVE, abundance, health, and fun.

Moving forward, I invite you to be willing to:

See possibility rather than just problems. When we choose to look at a problem from possible solutions, we bring new energy to it, and we begin to see solutions rather than just challenges.

See your strengths rather than just your weaknesses. It’s so very easy to focus on what isn’t going well rather than what we have done well, especially when we are in the middle of a challenging time. Take time to write down all of your accomplishment you have done. Go back to your childhood clear up until today. There are lots of reasons to be proud of yourself if you are willing to look for them.

Give life all you have! When the fear rises in the ‘I can’t do that,’ ‘I’m not good enough, smart enough, young/old enough,’… take a deep breath and return to your heart. Check-in with yourself and focus on what you desire rather than what you fear. Be willing to take a small step toward LOVING YOU. All of you! The parts of you that you admire and those that need you a little more LOVE.

Mostly, my wish for you is to truly be willing to see your life from the lens of LOVE, kindness, compassion, and peace.

Until next time, be reading, WILLING, and able to LIVE your life full out.

Affirmation:
