Every day, we commit to our families, work, and the tasks that fill our days. But do we commit to our passions and desires amidst these obligations? Do we dedicate ourselves to living the life we LOVE, or do we follow the paths expected of us? Do we commit to honoring ourselves?
Moving Forward, I invite you to commit to you by:
Creating a Bucket List: Take the time to jot down your dreams and aspirations, whether big or small. Let your heart feel all the possibilities of what brings you true joy, and commit to taking a small step toward living them.
Finding Joy in Obligations: Seek the silver linings in your daily obligations. When we see the good in what we do, even the mundane tasks become more enjoyable and fulfilling.
Prioritizing Self-Care: Set aside a few minutes each day just for you. Amidst the hustle and bustle, carve out moments of peace and solitude. Take a deep breath, smile, laugh, and embrace the stillness within.
Above all, my wish for you this week is to be committed to showing up to live the life you LOVE, shining brightly, and finding gratitude in the small moments. When you focus on LOVE in your thoughts, words, and actions, life responds with greater ease, joy, and boundless opportunities.
Until next time, I am committed to living the life I LOVE. How about you?

PS. I highly recommend watching Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. It was on for two years and beautifully depicts LOVE while losing someone.
