What’s going on in your world right now? Are you feeling on top of the world or in a valley? I was looking at pictures of a trip to the Grand Canyon several years ago as it happened today in 2015. Standing on the edge of the canyon, this picture made me think of how often we feel on edge in life. It may not be an actual cliff, but uncertainty creates its own mountains to climb or cliffs to fall off of.
If you face uncertainty in your life right now, whether it’s an internal struggle or external uncertainty, I want to remind you that.
‘YOU CAN DO IT!’
Whatever is going on in your life right now, know you can do it! FEEL your feels. Be gentle with yourself and others. Take some deep breaths. Did I say be gentle with yourself?
If you are currently in a valley, don’t look at the top of the mountain, that is too far away. Look at the next sturdy stone to step on. Take it one step at a time.
Suppose the woes weigh you down in the world. Take a step toward LOVE. You cannot LOVE and worry at the same time. You may go back and forth in a nanosecond; however, LOVE and worry are different vibrations.
When the world shows you what you don’t want, rather than step into blame, shame, and complaint, FEEL your feels, and step toward LOVE, kindness, compassion, and peace. Take a step toward a world you want to live in and then help create it… one uncertain but a steady step forward.
See those hurting as healed. See those in despair filled with hope. And, do what you can to help from a place of victory rather than a victim.
Be a helper rather than a hurter.
LOVE all and choose who you share your precious heart with.
Whatever is going on in your world right now, I see you, and I know you can do it by taking a small step forward. And, I am right here to offer a hug in your celebrations and a hug during your sorrows.
You can do it! You deserve to do it! You are worthy of doing it!
I LOVE you,
Carol
