I want you to really hear this.
You are worthy of people in your life who see your magnificence. Not because you prove it. Not because you earn it. Simply because of who you are.
People who admire you.
People who feel grateful that you are in their world.
People who inspire you to grow by how they show up, not by pointing out what you lack.
Connection and community matter deeply. Life feels different when the right people surround you. There is a sense of ease, warmth, and belonging that can be hard to describe. You feel more like yourself. You feel supported. You feel steadier, even when life is messy.
This is not about relationships being perfectly balanced. What matters more is harmony.
There may be times when you give more of your time, your heart, and your energy to someone. That can feel completely okay when it comes from love and alignment. But when it begins to feel heavy or unseen, you get to pause and ask yourself if this still feels right for you.
You are allowed to decide.
This is not about making anyone wrong. It is about recognizing what is right for you and who is right for you.
Sometimes, choosing yourself means making a difficult decision. You may give less energy to a relationship that once mattered deeply. You may even step away. When you do, you are not closing your heart. You are creating space for people who are more aligned with who you are today.
You deserve to share your time, your heart, and your energy with people who love you as you are, who inspire you, and who help you feel more connected to yourself and to the world around you. And you get to be that presence in their lives, too.
Moving forward, I invite you to honor your worthiness by:
Noticing where you feel truly connected.
Pay attention to the people who help you feel seen, calm, and comfortable being yourself.
Permitting yourself to choose what feels right for you.
You get to decide how much time, heart, and energy you share in any relationship.
Remembering that harmony matters more than equal effort.
It can feel okay to give more when it is aligned, and it is okay to step back when it is not.
Allowing space for aligned connections.
When you shift your energy, you create room for people who truly see and appreciate you.
Worthiness can be a tough one for many of us. It shows up in different areas of our lives, sometimes loud and sometimes quietly beneath the surface.
If you are ready to strengthen your worthiness muscle, I invite you to schedule a discovery session with yours truly. I would love to support you and love you up as you continue learning to love yourself at a greater level.
