For over a year, I have shared a ‘repeat after me’ affirmation on Facebook. As I posted my affirmation this morning, I realized I had never shared them with you. While some of you may be Facebook friends, many of you probably aren’t, so let me share some with you.
Today’s repeat after me:
Magical people and experiences
are on their way to me in magnificent ways.
Let’s do this!
Why do I share a daily reminder like this? I share it as a reminder to focus on what you want in your life more than focusing on what you don’t want. The don’t wants are going to show up, and with practice and diligence, you will learn how not to allow them the power to take over your thoughts, words, and actions. And it’s practice, practice, practice. They are reminders for me too. 🙂
When you find yourself focusing on the hardships of life, pause, feel your feelings, and affirm what you want. I cannot express the importance of allowing yourself to feel the hurt, the disappointment, or the frustration, as those feelings want to be heard. When you allow yourself to feel and be gentle with them, you also allow them to dissipate.
Our thoughts are often on a repeat of what isn’t working in our life. Please allow the below affirmations to help you focus on what you DO want.
