In much of the US, this past Sunday, we set our clocks back an hour as we returned to standard time. Spring ahead, fall back. It reminded me of the power of an hour. Sixty minutes. 3,600 seconds. Sometimes it feels just like the hour before or the one that follows. And yet, each hour is yours to shape with your thoughts, words, and actions.
It is easy to move through your days on autopilot until life nudges you. A loss, a transition, a celebration, a challenge. These moments often invite you to pay closer attention to what truly matters. You don’t need to dissect every minute, yet remembering that your time is precious can inspire you to move with more awareness and care. Your hours matter. You matter.
Moving forward, I invite you to honor your time by:
Starting your day with intention
Take a quiet moment to notice how you feel and choose how you want to move through your day.
Bringing awareness to the present
When you notice yourself drifting through routine, gently check in and reconnect to the moment.
Choosing one supportive action
Choose one way to care for your heart today. It could be pausing to breathe, checking in with how you feel, or leaning into a moment of appreciation.
Celebrating ordinary moments
Notice the small moments that bring ease or comfort. Those little sparks add up.
As you continue to grow in awareness and compassion for yourself and others, remember that you do not need to do it all at once. I support people in creating lives they love through coaching, community, and intention-based tools. If you feel called, explore my services and see what resonates for where you are right now.
